European Volunteering Capital 2020 Call for Candidates#EVCapital

CEV launches the seventh edition of the European Volunteer Capital competition. The award Is chosen from the applicant municipalities by an international jury of experts. The experts assess the ways in which the municipality demonstrates their support to volunteers and their efforts in relation to the CEV 5R policy priorities and the EYV 2011 PAVE recommendations. How the municipality intends to engage with the European Solidarity Corps is also aken into account.

The information provided in the online form linked at the end of this document will count as 70% of the final score allocated to each candidate municipality. 30% of the score will be allocated based on the presentation of the candidature during the Candidates Reception organised by CEV on 25th October 2018 in Brussels (BE).

29th June 2018 Deadline for applications

2 July 2018 Candidates announcement on social media

July / August 2018 Appointment of the Jury & preparation of the presentation of candidatures reception.

25th October 2018 Presentation of Candidatures as part of the CEV Volunteering Congress in Brussels, Belgium. All details about this event will be communicated in summer 2018.

December 2018 Announcement of the European Volunteering Capital 2020 Winner
